CRMC to host Heart-a-Thon

HARRIS, NY — Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC) announces the 40th annual 98.3 WSUL Heart-A-Thon, benefitting Catskill Regional Medical Center’s Cardio-Pulmonary Department. This year’s Heart-A-Thon will take place on Friday, February 23, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Woodland Garden Café, located on the hospital’s ground floor.

Blood drive at Sullivan West

LAKE HUNTINGTON, NY — The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive in the cafeteria of Sullivan West High School on Wednesday, February 21 from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event is especially important because so far this winter, people have been deterred from coming out to give blood by frigid weather and snow days.

WMRS gives donations to food pantry

HONESDALE, PA — Two boxes swathed in colorful Christmas wrapping paper and filled with more than 130 non-perishable food and household items were delivered to the Wayne County Food Pantry on December 18, along with a matching amount of funds—as promised. The Wayne Memorial Rehabilitation Services (WMRS) staff at 190 Delaware St.
